Groupage freight works by consolidating compatible consignments into a single, shared shipment. If your cargo does not fill a full trailer or container, this is the most cost-effective way to move goods between the UK and Europe. We operate through a network of strategically positioned partner depots across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands, with multiple weekly departures on our busiest road freight corridors. Collections are scheduled daily into these hubs, allowing us to build consolidated loads quickly and keep transit times tight.
Standard door-to-door transit sits between 5 and 7 working days, depending on origin and destination. Once goods arrive into our UK partner depots, we distribute using a range of vehicles from artic trailers through to smaller rigids with tail lifts. Specialist equipment such as Moffats and HIAB cranes is available on request for heavier or oversized deliveries.
