We Arrange Your Collection Our team books the collection vehicle, confirms the date and time with you directly, and coordinates the handover at your premises. No freight knowledge required on your side.
Your Cargo Moves to the Port or Airport From your premises, your cargo is transported to the relevant UK port or airport for your freight mode. Sea freight moves via Portbury, Felixstowe or Southampton. Air freight departs from Heathrow or Manchester.
Customs and International Transit Customs documentation is coordinated alongside your shipment via our dedicated Felixstowe partners. Your named Portishead contact manages every stage through to delivery at your international destination.

Yes. Customs documentation is coordinated alongside every international shipment we arrange, via our dedicated 3rd party agents. We do not offer standalone customs as a separate product. Customs is included as part of the complete door-to-door freight movement.
We handle commercial cargo of all volumes, from single pallets to full container loads. LCL groupage sea freight and LTL road freight are both available for businesses shipping smaller volumes that do not justify a full container or trailer. Contact our Portishead team with your cargo details and we will advise on the right service.
