Our core European road freight activity covers Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Poland and Western Europe, and we operate a full range of freight solutions on all these corridors. Weekly groupage services consolidate compatible cargo into reliable, economical departures with regular transit schedules. Full and part loads operate with transit times typically ranging from 2 to 6 days depending on collection and delivery points. Express services handle time-critical cargo with same-day, next-day and 48-hour options. Every movement is managed by a single named coordinator from first booking to confirmed delivery.
The majority of our European road freight moves on standard 13.6-metre articulated trailers, though we also operate flatbeds, mega trailers and specialist equipment for out-of-gauge or oversized cargo that requires additional height or load length. Pallets, crates, loose goods and machinery are all handled within our regular freight programme. Our network of partner agents and depots across Europe, built over 30 years of operation, gives us daily collection capability and the flexibility to accommodate complex routing requirements that a smaller or less established forwarder simply cannot replicate.
Cross-trade movements between European countries, where goods never enter the UK at all, are a significant part of our road freight operation. We coordinate imports, exports and cross trades on all our core European lanes, giving clients a single accountable partner regardless of the direction of their cargo. Customs coordination is handled via our dedicated Felixstowe agents exclusively alongside your road freight shipment.
